Welcome to Proffyemphy Ideal Academy. By downloading, installing, or using the Proffyemphy Ideal Academy mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License Grant & EULA
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our application on device(s) you own or control. By using our iOS application, you also agree to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here:Standard Apple EULA.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Our mobile application offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium courses, live classes, and offline access. Please review the following terms regarding subscriptions:
- Subscription Duration & Price: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in-app prior to confirmation.
- Payment Method: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (on iOS) or Flutterwave/Google Play (on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan.
- Subscription Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- No Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
3. Content and Conduct
All lessons, learning materials, and courses are the intellectual property of Proffyemphy Ideal Academy. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share access credentials or course content without prior written permission.

The educational services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic grades or test results.
